Migration questions, answered.

How long does a Bento migration usually take?+
Most migrations take 2-4 hours of focused work. Larger lists or complex lifecycle programs are usually ready within a day, especially when you move the highest-value automations first.
What data can I bring over?+
You can migrate subscriber lists, segments, tags, custom fields, forms, and key automation logic. Email content and templates can be exported and recreated in Bento.
Will my automations transfer automatically?+
Automation logic usually needs to be rebuilt so it matches Bento events, tags, and branching. That is often a good thing because it gives you a cleaner workflow with fewer old-provider workarounds.
Will there be downtime?+
No. You can keep both platforms running while you import, test, authenticate your sending domain, and warm up. Once Bento is ready, update your sending setup and phase out the old platform.
Will deliverability change when I move?+
Bento includes deliverability infrastructure and support, including authentication guidance, reputation monitoring, and safer send controls. Most teams see stable or improved inbox placement after a careful warmup.
Can Bento help if I get stuck?+
Yes. Our team can review your current setup, help prioritize what to migrate first, and advise on deliverability, data mapping, and launch sequencing.

Bring your list to Bento.

Send us your current provider, list size, and what you need to keep. We will help map the cleanest way across.
