How a switch runs.

  1. Export from your current platform.

    Pull subscribers, tags, custom fields, and unsubscribes as a CSV. Each guide shows where the export lives and what comes with it.

  2. Import into Bento.

    Map each column to a field or tag. Subscription status comes across, so people who unsubscribed stay unsubscribed.

  3. Authenticate your domain.

    Add the records Bento gives you to your DNS host. Bento checks each one and signs your mail with your own DKIM key.

  4. Warm up with your best readers.

    Start with your most engaged subscribers, send on a steady schedule, and grow volume while bounces and complaints stay low.

  5. Switch, then cancel.

    Move your sending to Bento once your flows are live and tested. Your old platform keeps sending until then, so there is no gap.

Will there be downtime?
No. Keep your current platform sending while you import, test, authenticate your sending domain, and warm up. Once Bento is ready, move your sending and cancel the old plan.
Will deliverability change when I move?
No provider can promise inbox placement after a switch. Bento includes authentication setup, reputation monitoring, and sending controls. Move your suppressions first and warm up with your most engaged subscribers.
How does the price match work?
Request a price match and share your latest invoice from your current provider. The team reviews price matching and transition credits case by case.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on your contacts, automations, templates, and integrations. Each guide lists what imports directly and what you rebuild, so you can size the work before you start.
What data can I bring over?
Subscribers, tags, custom fields, and subscription status import from a CSV for most platforms. Email content and templates can be exported and recreated in Bento.
Will my automations transfer automatically?
Automation logic usually needs to be rebuilt so it matches Bento events, tags, and branching. Start with the flows that make money or save support time.
Who updates our DNS records?
