Also known as: Smart Network Data Services
SNDS is a reputation monitoring portal provided by Microsoft to help senders track their IP health on Outlook.com and Hotmail.
Smart Network Data Services (SNDS) is Microsoft's equivalent of Google Postmaster Tools. It provides data on how Microsoft views your sending IP's reputation.
Through SNDS, you can see the volume of mail you sent to Microsoft accounts, how many spam complaints (Junk Mail Reporting Program) you received, and whether your IP is currently blocked (red status) or throttled (yellow status).
If you are having trouble delivering to Outlook, Hotmail, or Live.com addresses, checking your IP status in SNDS is the first troubleshooting step.
