What to include

To help us investigate, please include as much of the following as you can:

  • the email, SMS, campaign, account, domain, or URL you are reporting;
  • the date and time you received or observed the activity;
  • copies of the message, including full headers, screenshots, or other evidence where available;
  • a short explanation of why you believe the activity is abusive, unlawful, deceptive, or otherwise violates our policies; and
  • your contact details if you are willing to answer follow-up questions.

What we may do

We may review the report, request additional information, investigate the account or content, and take action under our Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, SMS Messaging Compliance Policy, or Copyright Policy.

We may not be able to share the outcome of every investigation, but we do review abuse reports and may act where appropriate.
