Reply-To

Also known as: Reply To Address

The email address where replies to your message are sent. It can be different from the From address so replies land with the right person or team.

The Reply-To address tells email clients where to send a reply when someone hits reply. People see your From address in their inbox, but their response goes to the Reply-To address if you set one. This lets you send from one address while replies land in a different inbox. It helps you keep sending and support separate.

Choosing the right Reply-To address keeps customer questions in the right place. Support teams can see every message instead of having replies stuck in one person’s inbox. It also stops replies from going to no-reply addresses that nobody checks. This improves response times and makes your emails feel more personal.

For example, you might send a newsletter from newsletter@yourstore.com but use support@yourstore.com as the Reply-To. Readers can reply with questions and your support team sees everything in one shared inbox. Use a monitored address that your team checks every day. Avoid using noreply addresses so you do not shut down the conversation.
