You can create this sense of urgency by offering products that are in limited quantity or providing a discount code that lasts for a limited time. Statistics show that customers are more likely to purchase a product that’s offered on a discount if the offer expires in the next few hours or days, especially if you use time-sensitive language and call-to-action prompts.

In this example, we use the shameless method of good old-fashioned name-dropping. For example, suppose you’re a company specializing in website analytics. In that case, you can send a reactivation email informing customers about a key element/metric in website analytics (like nurturing leads, for example) and then tell them how other companies or individuals rely on your services to promote and grow their companies.

This one sort of dovetails on the template before - just a different aspect of it. Everyone needs a bit of support now and then, especially people who are trying out new products. It’s also an excellent way to keep your clients on track and nudge them into finishing their projects while using your product or service.

This also means asking questions to get to the bottom of the problem to see why they’ve stalled. Emails asking for feedback are priceless, but the key is not making them too demanding and not asking too many questions.
