Move from OptinMonster to Bento with zero guesswork.

1. 1Log in to OptinMonster and choose your site

   Sign in to your OptinMonster account, then select the site and campaigns you want to migrate your leads from.

2. 2Export leads from Monster Leads

   Open the leads or subscribers section for each campaign, filter by date range if needed, and use the export option to download your leads as a CSV file.

3. 3Capture key campaign settings

   For your highest performing campaigns, note the display rules, triggers, and basic design. Take screenshots of popup states, success views, and targeting rules for later reference.

4. 4Prepare your CSV for import into Bento

   Clean your CSV by removing obvious test data, make sure each row has a valid email, and add columns for tags like source campaign or site so you can segment in Bento.

5. 5Import contacts into Bento

   Use Bento's CSV import to map email, name, and custom fields, then map your campaign labels into tags. Import into a single people database instead of multiple lists.

Treat cutover like launch QA. Validate your highest-risk paths first, then move sending traffic.
