Export checklist

  1. 1Log in to ActiveCampaign

    Go to ActiveCampaign.com and log in. Navigate to Contacts from the main menu.

  2. 2Export All Contacts

    From the Contacts overview, open the top-right ellipsis menu and choose Export. Select the fields you need, then download the completed CSV from Contacts > Exports.

  3. 3Export by List

    If you use multiple lists, export each list separately. Go to Lists, select a list, and use the export option.

  4. 4Document Automations

    Go to Automations and review each active automation. Document triggers, conditions, wait times, and actions.

  5. 5Export Deals/CRM Data

    If using CRM features, go to Deals and export your pipeline data. Note your stages and custom deal fields.
