Questions about leaving Flodesk.

Will I lose my Flodesk subscribers and workflows when I switch?

Flodesk can export the full audience or individual segments as CSV, including custom field values. Import the required contacts and fields into Bento, preserve suppression statuses, and rebuild workflows with equivalent triggers, branches, and exit rules.

How long does it take to migrate from Flodesk?

Timing depends on the number of segments, custom fields, templates, forms, workflows, hosted pages, checkouts, and integrations in use. Subscriber CSV transfer is usually the simple part. Rebuilding and testing each live customer journey takes most of the work.

Will switching hurt my email deliverability?

No provider can promise inbox placement. Authenticate SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, preserve suppressions, and start with engaged recipients. Flodesk documents domain authentication and offers dedicated IPs as an add-on on eligible plans. Bento includes authentication support, reputation monitoring, and batching controls.

Will there be downtime?

No. Keep Flodesk running while you import, test, authenticate your sending domain, and warm up. Once Bento is ready, move your sending and phase out Flodesk.
