Bento is great for entrepreneurs because you get all of there features for a flat pricing per contact. There aren't any upsells, locked features, or hidden products. You get the entire suite of amazing marketing features that you can use on your entire emailing list. It's great and replaced a lot of other software for us.
Email is a key revenue driver for us and Bento makes it's easy to see what is performing well and makes sure emails are optimal before sending. Their builder makes it easy to make beautiful emails that look and perform great. Setting up triggers is super easy and I'm a novice. The few issues I've had have been resolved on Discord quickly.

Overall, I've been paying Bento for almost a year now and we upgraded since. I intend to keep having my subscription on as everything is working smoothly. What I like the most about Bento is the ease of designing your email sequences. You can design it in a visual editor or with a traditional editor. I made the switch from Customer.io because for the quality/price ratio, Bento was leagues above.
