Bento ClickFunnels Integration

Overview

The Bento ClickFunnels integration adds the Bento tracking script to your funnels so page views are tracked and visitors are identified as subscribers in Bento.

Requirements

  1. An approved Bento account
  2. A ClickFunnels account
  3. The Bento tracking script - for user tracking on the website

Tracking Script Installation

In the ClickFunnels Dashboard
Navigate to your account settings. You can usually find this by clicking on the top right menu under your profile.

On the Settings Screen
Look for the Head Tracking Code section within the settings. Click that.

Copy the Tracking Script
Copy the Tracking Script. If it asks you to replace the site_uuid with your site uuid, do so from the Bento Teams screen.

Paste the Tracking Script
In the Header text field paste in the header tracking code. Double check that it looks the same as what you copied from Bento.

Save the changes
Click save. To verify the install, visit a page on your funnel and check that a $page event appears in Bento.

How the connection works

The tracking script records page views and identifies visitors on your ClickFunnels pages. When someone browses a connected funnel, you should see $page events appear in Bento. You can use these events to segment subscribers and trigger automations and flows.
