Overall, I've been paying Bento for almost a year now and we upgraded since. I intend to keep having my subscription on as everything is working smoothly. What I like the most about Bento is the ease of designing your email sequences. You can design it in a visual editor or with a traditional editor. I made the switch from Customer.io because for the quality/price ratio, Bento was leagues above.

Their builder makes it easy to make beautiful emails that look and perform great. Setting up triggers is super easy and I'm a novice. The few issues I've had have been resolved on Discord quickly.
