Email is a key revenue driver for us and Bento makes it's easy to see what is performing well and makes sure emails are optimal before sending. Their builder makes it easy to make beautiful emails that look and perform great. Setting up triggers is super easy and I'm a novice. The few issues I've had have been resolved on Discord quickly.

Overall, I've been paying Bento for almost a year now and we upgraded since. I intend to keep having my subscription on as everything is working smoothly. What I like the most about Bento is the ease of designing your email sequences. You can design it in a visual editor or with a traditional editor. I made the switch from Customer.io because for the quality/price ratio, Bento was leagues above.
Jesse Hanley is an onboarding wizard. Literally no one is taking it to the level he and his team are, even compared to biz with $XMM of funding. Literal hand-holding through onboarding with video content. A master-class!
