Why aren’t my preview emails being delivered?

If your preview email is not being delivered, there are a couple of possible reasons. Firstly, you or your client may have DMARC setup - this stands for Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance. It is an email authentication protocol that is designed to give domain owners the ability to protect their domain from unauthorized use, commonly known as email spoofing or phishing attacks.

This can prevent delivery to the inbox if Sender Authentication has not been set up. It is also possible that your preview email has ended up in the spam or trash folder or not delivered at all because Sender Authentication has not been set up, as some providers like Gmail try to prevent impersonation.

Secondly, it may be because your account is not approved yet. We don't allow sending of preview emails until we've checked your website and trust you'll be a good actor on the platform.
