What is the daily sending limit?

We have recently introduced a new daily sender limit when it comes to the number of sent emails. This limit is set to roughly 2-3x your user list size, and it resets daily. There is a separate limit for sending preview emails to users, capped at 50 emails per day.

As you notice, these are rather high limits and so far have only been hit once or twice by our users. Notably, even during the busy Black Friday week, our users have not exceeded these limits. The primary purpose of these limits is to deter spammers and safeguard your account. Consider a scenario in which your form gets compromised by a list bomber, and they add 100k emails to your account, this limit will stop sending, which, in return, keeps the health of your list and domain.

If the daily limit gets hit, emails will stop sending, and our team will get alerts.
