What is good or bad spam content score?

If you’re here, you probably saw our content spam score on the last screen of a broadcast. We use a few spam libraries to calculate this score but it’s just a friendly guideline.

The fact that you are here reading this piece of documentation is probably a good indication that you are not sending spam!

Generally, a content spam score between 1% and 30% is considered low - the lower, the better as, from our experience, simple emails get processed better by email providers like Gmail and Outlook. If your email gets over a 50% score consider making your email design simpler and use less code/HTML.
