Installing Bento on Shopify

Once you have signed up to Bento, and created your first site the first thing you should do is connect your Shopify store to Bento.

To do this, click the "Integration" button in the navigation and click on "Shopify".

Once there, click "Connect Your First Store" and authorize Bento to read your data. This adds a new app to your Shopify store.

Once connected, we take 5 - 10 minutes to sync up and then you're good to go. For larger accounts, this could take up to a few hours.

We recommend all stores browse they're site after installing to ensure everything is working as normal. We find errors with 1 in every 1,000 accounts — but if there is an error Bento will fail silently, not harming any actions of your visitors.

Specifically, what you gain when you connect Bento to your store is all the amazing order and abandon cart information and we'll even install the pixel for you!
