One of the concerns raised by some of our users is the frustration caused by our CSV imports flagging known customers as spam. Though it is often necessary to flag potential spam accounts, we understand that this can be time-consuming and frustrating for many users if there are false flags in there.
Hence, we have made a QoL (Quality of Life) improvement by introducing a new feature that skips thorough checks during CSV imports for known customers.
From now on, when importing CSV files, all customers with a pre-existing "customer" tag will be imported automatically without subjecting them to stringent checks. This will save time and reduce the chances of genuine customers being flagged as spam. Customers without the customer tag will continue to go through our aggressive checks to maintain deliverability rates.
We hope that this improvement will make the CSV import process smoother and more efficient for users while ensuring that only real spam accounts are flagged.
Let us know if you have any questions or concerns on this. Thanks!
