Goal
Find the highest-probability issue first: DNS, list quality, sending pace, content, bounces, or account approval.
Triage Order
- Validate DNS Setup.
- Check Approvals and Sending Limits.
- Review Bounces.
- Check content and links with Gmail Link Warnings.
- Review list source and recent engagement.
- Slow down sends and target engaged users first.
If DNS was just changed, allow propagation time before assuming reputation has recovered.
