“Chaotic” was the word customers used for the Bento UI. They were right. Too many parts felt like separate products, and basic work could turn into a mess of pages and tabs.
This ship gets Bento back to one app again. It should feel clean, stable, and safe, whether you are at a desk or checking a campaign from your phone.
A cleaner Bento UI

Bento Chat now lives in the main app. The inbox, contacts, tasks, notifications, AI agents, settings, and reports are in the main navigation, so there is less hopping around. An empty inbox now points you to the widget install instead of leaving you at a dead end.
Broadcast, sequence, and flow emails can now be edited in place. The sidebar collapses when you need room, and the email editor opens where you are already working.
The Shoji editor is shipping now.

Multiplier in workflows is available now.
We also tightened mobile layouts, fixed theme handling for older Electron clients, and cleaned up the rough edges we found along the way.
Open Chat from the main navigation, then edit a broadcast without leaving its page. If you use Chat with an AI agent, try Do I have any support tickets I need to answer?
