How do I stop automated form tracking?

In Bento, majority of forms being filled out are important for us to track.

They include information that identifies a user via email and, as a result, enables us to know who the person is and tie them to their anonymous profile.

But, if you are a developer, you may already be telling us that data via the Javascript method bento.identify(email); and not need us to figure it out for ourselves. 

Additionally, Bento introduces a small overhead to each form submission to get this event and you might want to skip this to make sure your app stays speedy.
